Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of any content created on the Tuxedo device. Tuxedo Technology claims no rights to your intellectual property. Our platform acts solely as a secure conduit for your creative work.

Usage & Licensing: The Tuxedo Cloud service (Ghost-Sync) is provided as part of your device purchase for the first 24 months. Continued high-volume usage may be subject to fair-use limitations. We reserve the right to limit accounts that exceed 50GB of text data per month.

Conduct: Users agree not to reverse-engineer the Tuxedo firmware, proprietary Ghost-Sync protocols, or the Amethyst display drivers. Any attempt to modify system files or install third-party kernels voids the manufacturer warranty and terminates cloud access.

Zero-Access Commitment: We employ end-to-end encryption for all Ghost-Sync transfers. Tuxedo Technology does never sell your personal information or the contents of your writing to third-party advertisers or AI training models.

Data Collection: We collect minimal telemetry (e.g., battery health, sync success rates, hardware diagnostics) strictly to improve device performance. This data is anonymized and aggregated.

Security Protocols: We utilize industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Your decryption keys are uniquely tied to your sapphire biometric profile and are never stored on our central servers.

User Rights: Under our "Creator Sovereignty" initiative, you have the right to export and permanently delete your entire cloud archive at any time via the Privacy Vault in the Tuxedo Web Portal.
